7.2 Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Digital Products and Courses - Refundable within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed substantial portions of the content (more than 30% completion is considered substantial access)
• Coaching and Personal Services - Refundable within 7 days if no services have been rendered
• Subscriptions and Memberships - Cancellable at any time; refunds for monthly subscriptions are processed at the end of the billing cycle
• Proprietary Tools and Indicators - Non-refundable once accessed or downloaded

7.3 Recurring Billing

If you subscribe to a recurring membership or product, your payment method will be charged automatically on each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually, as selected). You are responsible for keeping your payment method current. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RCVISIONARIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
